The 9 specific forms of labor dispatch:

1、完全派遣

1. Fully dispatched

由派遣公司承擔(dān)一整套員工派遣服務(wù)工作，包括人才招募、選拔、培訓(xùn)、績效評價、報酬和福利、和健康等。

The dispatch company is responsible for a complete set of employee dispatch services, including talent recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, safety and health, etc.

2、轉(zhuǎn)移派遣

2. Transfer dispatch

有勞務(wù)派遣需要的企業(yè)自行招募、選拔、培訓(xùn)人員，再由派遣公司與員工簽訂《勞動合同》，并由派遣公司負(fù)責(zé)員工的報酬、福利、績效評估、處理勞動糾紛等事務(wù)。

Enterprises that require labor dispatch shall recruit, select, and train personnel on their own, and the dispatch company shall sign a labor contract with the employees. 減員派遣指企業(yè)對自行招募或者已雇傭的員工，將其雇主身份轉(zhuǎn)移派遣公司。

企業(yè)支付派遣公司員工派遣總費用，由派遣公司代付所有可能發(fā)生的費用，包括工資、獎金、福利、各類社?；鹨约俺袚?dān)所有雇主應(yīng)承擔(dān)的社會和法律責(zé)任。

4、試用派遣

這是一種新的派遣方式，用工單位在試用期間將新員工轉(zhuǎn)派遣公司，然后以派遣的形式試用；

This is a new dispatching method, in which the employer transfers new employees to the dispatching company during the probationary period and then sends them on a probationary basis;

其目的是使用工單位在準(zhǔn)確選才方面更具保障，免去了由于選拔和測試時產(chǎn)生的誤差風(fēng)險，有效降低了人事成本，形成有效激勵機(jī)制，從而建立起更為長期、穩(wěn)定的勞動關(guān)系。

5、短期派遣

用工單位與勞務(wù)派遣機(jī)構(gòu)共同約定一個時間段來聘用和落實被派遣的人才。

The employer and the labor dispatch agency jointly agree on a time period to hire and implement the dispatched talents.

6、項目派遣

6. Project dispatch

企事業(yè)單位為了一個生產(chǎn)或科研項目而聘用相關(guān)的技術(shù)人才。

7、鐘點派遣

7. Clock dispatch

以每小時為基本計價單位派遣特種人員。
