背景調(diào)查對(duì)獵頭意義的介紹

背景調(diào)查是指通過(guò)從外部求職者提供的證明人或以前工作的單位那里搜集資料,來(lái)核實(shí)求職者的個(gè)人資料的行為,是一種能直接證明求職者情況的有效方法。背景考察既可在深入面試之前也可在其后進(jìn)行。這將花費(fèi)一定的時(shí)間和財(cái)力,但一般仍值得去做。
Background check refers to the act of verifying the personal information of job seekers by collecting information from external job seekers or previous employers. It is an effective method to directly prove the situation of job seekers. Background checks can be conducted either before or after the in-depth interview. This will take some time and financial resources, but it is generally still worth doing.
背景調(diào)查的做法通常有三種:
There are usually three methods for conducting background checks:
1)候選人之前,做好背景調(diào)查,將背調(diào)報(bào)告和候選人報(bào)告一起發(fā)給企業(yè)。這是更的方式,也是更難的。國(guó)內(nèi)的候選人還沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成這樣的職業(yè)習(xí)慣。

2)候選人接受Offer,提出離職之后,做完背景調(diào)查。這時(shí)候的候選人去向已定,比較容易獲得更多的背調(diào)對(duì)象。
2) After accepting the offer and proposing to resign, the candidate completes a background check. At this point, the candidate's destination has been determined, making it easier to obtain more candidates for backtracking.
3)候選人入職后,表現(xiàn)和實(shí)際情況不符,需要做更深入的背調(diào)。

如果是獵頭顧問(wèn)做的背景調(diào)查更好在候選人上班之前做完;如果是企業(yè)自己做的,更好在候選人保證期結(jié)束之前做完。
If it is a background check conducted by a headhunting consultant, it is best to complete it before the candidate goes to work; If it is done by the company itself, it is best to complete it before the end of the candidate's guarantee period.
因此獵頭對(duì)于背調(diào)還是應(yīng)當(dāng)慎重的,一份詳盡的背調(diào)不僅是對(duì)企業(yè)的負(fù)責(zé),也是對(duì)獵頭顧問(wèn)生涯的負(fù)責(zé),像那些獵頭公司排名的企業(yè)中的顧問(wèn),他們是非??粗乇痴{(diào)的。一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)被調(diào)查對(duì)象有重大問(wèn)題,都會(huì)及時(shí)反饋給企業(yè),有時(shí)甚會(huì)放棄服務(wù)費(fèi),因?yàn)楹芏鄸|西,尤其是在行業(yè)中的信譽(yù)并不是可以帶來(lái)的。
Therefore, headhunters should be cautious when it comes to backtracking. A detailed backtracking is not only responsible for the company, but also for the career of headhunting consultants.
