在面試快要結束的時候，面試官常常會問求職者：“你還有什么問題想問我的？”不同的面試官問這句話的動機不同，大致會有這4種原因。

2 考察求職者的關注點 越來越多的面試官把“你還有什么問題想問我”當做后一道面試題，考察求職者關注什么，借以了解他的求職動機，還能判斷他的性格、格局、價值觀。有的求職者問的是關于薪酬福利、加班、休假的問題，可以看出他很在意眼前的個人利益；有的求職者問的是公司發(fā)展前景，崗位上升空間，可以看出他比較有上進心。誰都喜歡一個積極上進，而不是上來就談報酬、對個人利益看得很重的求職者。

4 給求職者一次展示的機會 因為面試時間有限，短短的30分鐘、1小時里很難全 面了解求職者。很有可能因為求職者緊張等原因，他在面試中沒能很好展現(xiàn)自己。于是，面試官再給求職者一個展現(xiàn)自我的機會，對求職者進行進一步考察。所以，你一定要抓住這次的機會，通過提問來凸顯你的能力和態(tài)度。千萬不要說“我沒有問題了”。
