1.寫簡歷不要太謙虛

有些求職者，尤其是應(yīng)屆生總會在簡歷里寫道：“因為缺乏工作經(jīng)驗，我愿意從公司的底層做起，甚公司可以試用考察我的能力”云云。這就是過分謙虛。應(yīng)屆生沒有經(jīng)驗其實用人單位都很清楚，真想用應(yīng)屆生的單位，看中的正是應(yīng)屆生的潛力。于“試用”，那可是違反勞動法的！

大學生希望簡歷做得有創(chuàng)意，能夠在雪片似的簡歷中讓HR印象深刻，其用心良苦，可惜容易適得其反。濟南獵頭表示：簡歷的花哨主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面：給簡歷設(shè)置封面，裝訂一大本，既浪費HR的時間，又浪費紙張；有些“創(chuàng)意簡歷”過于離譜和夸張，比如有一份簡歷，在首頁上赫然四個大字：“通緝伯樂！”令人又好氣又好笑；還有的同學在簡歷里面用彩色筆畫上各種高亮、配上各種貼紙和卡通圖案；更有的同學把自己的簡歷寫成長短詩句，讓人不知所云。

簡歷是用來傳遞個人信息的，比較好采用電報式語言，用動詞開頭，表明你所做過的事情、參加過的活動以及取得過的榮譽。

Resume is used to convey personal information. It is better to use telegraph language and start with verbs to indicate what you have done, activities you have participated in and honors you have won.

簡歷中不要出現(xiàn)大段文字，每個段落不要超過三行。字體不必太大，小4號即可。
